One of our leading Customer s m/s Pidilite Industries is the leading manufacturer of the adhesive under the brand name Fevicol having leading market share of 70% in India and major exporter to almost all the continents in the world.

We have offered total solutions for their energy savings in all the Plants in India using variable frequency drives which directly affect their process. We offered total solution in :

• Boiler automation for coal fired boiler and liquid O2/N2 plant automation using ABB PLC and SCADA which directly control the process parameters of the raw material namely VAM and associated VFD’s for cooling towers, ID FD fans, compressors and Process pumps
• Agitators and mixers using VFD are to achieve uniform quality of the end product.
• Thermopac Boilers.
  A leading boiler manufacturer for manufacturing lubricants using waste oil from Automobiles and trucks. We have offered turnkey solutions using ABB drives, process instruments namely pressure and temperature transmitters and ABB PLC and Wonderware SCADA. We have developed complete software for their process and subsequent project reports using HMI SCADA software. All these projects were implemented in middle east countries namely Quatar, UAE and Syria.
